We are a small group of friends who have been travelling - either for pleasure
or on business - to many different places in the world. We have always enjoyed imagining how the
ideal place to stay would be. When we started this business and agreed on the criteria, emphasis
was put on making our dream come true in our much loved city of Buenos Aires, particularly in
Belgrano, the neighbourhood we have chosen to live in.
We thought our ideal place would be a comfortable, nicely furnished and fully equipped apartment in safe area with convenient and fast transport links to the city center. We priced all the costs into the rental so there are no hidden extras (and no agent charges). Heating, air-conditioning, lighting, cable television, and basic telephone costs are all included.
The area of Belgrano, far away and distant in the old days, has now the privilege of its quietness, calmness and safety as well as its beautiful landscape and architectural features, not forgetting also the excellent shopping. People interested in going downtown, will only need a short trip by underground or taxi to be there in just a few minutes.
