As part of the festivities of the 250th anniversary of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s birth, the association “Opéras en plein air” focuses on the Austrian composer’s masterpiece “Die Zauberflöte”.
Between “opera seria” and “opera buffa”, this authentic fairy tale invites you to spend the evening following the adventures of the hero, Tamino. This young prince, accompanied by Papageno, is sent by the Queen of the Night in search of her daughter Princess Pamina, held prisoner by Sarastro. A magic flute and some enchanted bells will help them to surmount the obstacles of their journey, during which they will acquire wisdom and love. Let yourself fall under the spell of this enchanting emotion-filled fable !
Four splendid sites of French history and heritage will take it in turns to host this popular musical extravaganza in their gardens. |
