You can earn credits of at least 5% or more of the price of your booking. The credits you earn with each booking are redeemable towards hotel bookings made through Otel.com. Unlike other hotel loyalty programs FivePlus does not limit you to a particular hotel chain or brand – you are free to choose!

As soon as you check out of the hotel that you earned your FivePlus credits on you are free to use those credits towards your next booking.
The number of FivePlus credits available towards a particular booking is automatically calculated and displayed on your booking form whenever you make a new booking. If you have no other active reservation in your account, all the FivePlus credits in your account should be available for use. |

How to use your FivePlus credits |

Whenever your FivePlus balance exceeds one credit, you can use FivePlus credits towards your next booking made through Otel.com. When making a booking, the number of credits available to use towards your reservation will be displayed in the FivePlus section of your booking form. You have the option of using all or part of the FivePlus credits you have earned by entering the amount you wish to use towards your purchase into the corresponding box on the booking form. You will then only have to charge the balance of the total price (i.e. total price minus FivePlus credits used) to your credit card. |
