Project Current Status

All the information in PA can be rolled up to give you a "Dashboard" style view of the current status of the project. The project can be evaluated against six criteria and the result displayed as six traffic lights.

• Time - How are we going against the schedule
• Cost - How are we managing our budget
• Resources - How are we performing against our estimate of maydays required
• Scope - How are we handling scope creep
• Quality - What is our performance in Quality Assurance activities
• Actions - How are we controlling action items arising from the project.
