Website review

Our "expert reviews" of websites use a combination of analysis techniques developed by Forrester Research, W3C compliance and research of website usability experts. The site review covers a range of aspects of your site including: value, accessibility, navigation, presentation, service and reliability.

The outcome of a review will be specific recommendations for site modifications, to improve your website's usability for both existing and potential customers.

There are three main components of a review:

  • Scenario analysis - A scenario analysis will help us determine why a user is taking certain paths or clicking on certain links within your website and allow us to provide recommendations to improve site structure and navigation.
  • Usability - A usability review will analyse your website's copy, use of imagery and photography, navigation and standards compliance and provide recommendations to ensure you have a user friendly website.
  • Accessibility - Adhering to website accessibility guidelines will ensure your website content can be viewed by the largest possible audience - independent of their browser.
