2000 accepts Credit Cards Personal & Business Checks & Money Orders.
SitePros
2000 invoices for hosting services on a quarterly basis. Your first bill
will include the one time set-up fee plus billing for 3-months hosting services.
Your first invoice will be pro-rated to our next billing period. Your account
will become active and accessible upon receipt of your first payment.
We
will
send
your
billing
statement
via
email,
which
is
due
upon
receipt
of
the
email. Payments
are
considered
late
15
days
after
the
email
invoice.
When
making
payment,
please
include
your
domain
name
on
your
payment.

Collection
Procedures
Your
account
becomes
overdue
15
days
after
the
date
on
the
email
invoice.
Should
your
account
become
overdue,
you
will
receive
a
reminder
via
email
that
we
have
not
received
your
payment.
If
payment
is
not
received
within
10
days
of
your
past
due
date
your
service
will
be
suspended.
If
your
account
becomes
more
that
30
days
past
due,
your
data
will
be
removed
from
the
servers
and
your
account
will
be
referred
to
a
collection
agency.
Re-Activation
Fee
In
the
event
that
your
account
is
deactivated
due
to
nonpayment,
your
payment
must
include
the
$40.00
reactivation
fee
for
your
account's
to
be
reactivated.
You
may
send
us
a
money
order
via
your
choice
of
overnight
courier.
You
may
cancel
your
account
at
any
time
but
you
will
be
billed
through
the
end
of
the
month
in
which
you
cancel.

Acceptable
Use
Policy
specifies

SitePros
2000
reserves
the
right
to
modify
this
Policy
at
any
time

stay
in
compliance

any

services,
any
customer,
or
third
party
unconditionally
accepts
the
terms
of
this
policy.
Activities
Subject
to
Immediate
Deactivation
Any
account
that
is
used
for
illegal,
abusive,
or
unethical
activity
may
be
immediately
deactivated
by
us
without
warning
to
you.
Illegal,
abusive
or
unethical
activities
may
include,
but
are
not
limited
to,
pornography,
obscenity,
nudity,
violations
of
privacy,
hacking,
computer
virus,
and
any
harassing
or
harmful
materials
or
uses.
SitePros
2000
will
not
be
held
responsible
for
any
claim
resulting
from
your
publications
or
use
of
illegal,
abusive,
or
unethical
materials.
Although
we
will
make
reasonable
effort
to
alert
you
to
such
activities
and
allow
you
an
opportunity
to
cure
them
within
a
12-hour
period
after
discovery,
we
are
not
required
to
give
such
notice
before
deactivating
your
use
of
our
services
if
your
use
is
or
results
in
illegal,
abusive,
or
unethical
activities.
EMAIL
Policy:
Unsolicited
e-mail
or
"Spam"
originating
from
an
account
hosted
by
SitePros
2000
is
not
tolerated.
This
INCLUDES
any
e-mail
that
promotes
web
sites
hosted
by
SitePros
2000
and
or
is
sent
from
an
e-mail
address
not
associated
with
that
account.
After
the
first
violation
of
this
policy,
we
MAY
give
one
warning.
After
the
second
violation,
services
will
be
disabled
without
warning
and
the
account
may
be
terminated
without
refund.
Legitimate
mailing
lists
and
subscriber
lists
are
acceptable.
Otherwise,
it
is
Spam.
Complaint
issues
should
be
sent
to
abuse@sitepros2000.com
ILLEGAL
USE.
SitePros
2000's
Services
may
be
used
only
for
lawful
purposes.
Transmission,
distribution
or
storage
of
any
material
in
violation
of
any
applicable
law
or
regulation
coming
to
or
from
any
unauthorized
network
or
system
is
prohibited.
This
includes,
without
limitation,
material
that
is
obscene,
defamatory,
constitutes
an
illegal
threat,
or
violates
export
control
laws.
Any
violation
of
the
above
which
compromises
the
integrity
of
SitePros
2000
or
any
other
network
is
strictly
prohibited.
RESOURCES.
SitePros
2000
reserves
the
right
to
monitor
and
allocate
resources.
Cgi
resources
are
allocated
one
per
domain.
SitePros
2000
reserves
the
right
to
discontinue
any
script
which
may
cause
excessive
server
load.
SYSTEM
AND
NETWORK
SECURITY.
Violations
of
system
or
network
security
are
prohibited,
and
may
result
in
criminal
and
civil
liability.
SitePros
2000
will
investigate
incidents
involving
such
violations
and
may
involve
and
cooperate
with
law
enforcement
authorities
if
a
criminal
violation
is
suspected.
SitePros
2000
respects
the
privacy
of
customer
data
and
vigilantly
protects
that
data
and
ALL
customers
who
host
with
SitePros
2000.
If
any
violation
of
the
law
is
suspected,
SitePros
2000
reserves
the
right
to
investigate.
Use
of
the
SitePros
2000's
Hosting
Services
constitutes
consent
to
monitoring.
Examples
of
unlawful
acts,
system,
or
network
security
violations
include,
without
limitation,
the
following:
Unauthorized
access
to
or
use
of
data,
systems
or
networks,
including
any
attempt
to
probe,
damage,
scan
or
test
the
vulnerability
of
a
system
or
network
or
to
breach
security
or
authentication
measures
without
express
authorization
of
the
owner
of
the
system
or
network.
Unauthorized
monitoring
of
data
or
traffic
on
any
network
or
system
without
express
authorization
of
the
owner
of
the
system
or
network.
Interference
with
service
to
any
user,
host
or
network
including,
without
limitation,
mailbombing,
flooding,
deliberate
attempts
to
overload
a
system
and
broadcast
attacks.
Unauthorized
access
to
any
data,
system,
or
network
from
an
unauthorized
system
or
network
for
any
purpose
which
is
not
lawful
or
which
is
intended
to
do
harm.
Forging
of
any
TCP-IP
packet
header
or
any
part
of
the
header
information
in
an
email
or
a
newsgroup
posting.
Electronic
forging
of
any
kind
to
include
but
not
limited
to
IP
addresses,
domains,
business
names,
etc.
