ClickTracks Training
The ClickTracks Training Program is designed to provide ClickTracks Web Analytics users with a thorough understanding of all of ClickTracks' features, as well as the underlying concepts that'll let you make the best use of these features.

With this training, you'll become familiar with the multitude of factors that go into successful web analysis, including how to construct a web site in a way that gives you the best data, understanding the way that data is logged and retrieved, the way visitors navigate web sites, and the best ways to interpret and understand visitor behavior.
The training consists of eight modules that roughly correspond to the structure of the ClickTracks Professional Client application. We recommend that they be taken in the order presented here, but you can take them in any order you choose.
Each training module takes about an hour to complete. They're delivered by a live ClickTracks staffer via a web interface using the GotoAssist web conferencing system. These modules aren't boring, one-sided classes! We actively encourage questions, comments, and suggestions during these trainings—and we've built that interactive time into the course plan.
The cost of training is $200 per module when taken individually. You can take any six Training Modules for only $995, or all eight for $1,250 (Please note: This offer doesn't include the Premium Training Modules).

| Web Analytics Basics | Server, web site, and visitor behavior concepts. Log file formats, URL structure and parameters, setting and using cookies. |
| Navigation Report | Understanding the Navigation View, the Page Analysis Frame, and the Path View. JavaScript and external links. Creating instant labels. |
| Data Mining with Labels | Isolating visitor groups, label shortcuts, advanced labeling (including combined labels), and statistical significance. |
| Campaign Tracking | Tracking parameters, Pay-Per-Click tracking, importing campaign data from Google, YSM, and other PPC providers. |
| Revenue Tracking | Lead generation ROI, tracking unique visitors, third-party ecommerce systems. Viewing sales in the Search Report |
| Search Engine Report | PPC vs. organic search, time on site, short term visitors, campaign results, revenue results. Comparing PPC and organic statistics. |
| Funnel Report | Defining the stage by stage flow through the process, understanding how pages can be grouped together. |
