Technical specs: ClickTracks Professional is a client/server application. Log file processing is administered on a central machine running the ClickTracks Processor. Custom ad-hoc reporting is performed on the client machines.

The ClickTracks Processor runs as a Windows 2000/XP Service with a custom administration interface, pulling log files from either Unix or Windows web servers. It includes a built-in automatic scheduler, and an intelligent log processor. The service determines which logs are new, which have been appended since the last update, and which have already been processed—only new data are downloaded for processing.

Pentium III 1GHz with 1024MB RAM. 500Mb free disk space.
Windows NT (SP6), Windows 2000 (SP4), or Windows XP (SP2).
Internet connectivity which allows clients to connect via http or https.

Pro Client:
Pentium III 1GHz with 1024MB RAM. 500Mb free disk space.
Windows 98, NT 4 (SP 6), ME, 2000 or XP. Note that Windows 95 is not supported.
