Gorillas
All you ever wanted to know about the gorillas
If you want to satisfy your child’s curiosity, take your kids along to the Palais de la Découverte to see this exhibition, entirely dedicated to these impressive animals...
The first section, is organised around five themes: “Beast or giant?”, “Our gorilla cousins”, “Gorillas in the tropical forest”, “The social life of gorillas” and “Gorillas in danger”.
The second section takes a look at scientists working with this species, with about 50 photographs and a film by André Lucas.
Talks, workshops and conferences are also on the agenda at this fascinating event.

Table Tennis World Cup
Men edition of the 2006 World Cup
All the top players will be battling to win the supreme honour in Paris after some extremely intensive training. The contenders for the title will try to match the performance of legendary table tennis maestros such as China’s Ma Lin, Croatia’s Zoran Primorac, Belarus’s Vladimir Samsonov.
Spectators will be looking particularly closely at the performance of the current title holder, the German Timo Boll, who will undoubtedly face some very stiff competition from a host of excellent Chinese rivals.
Attention: the best seats are sold out. Book as soon as you can for the remaining seats.
