With the special concept created for people living and travelling alone, the Single Hotel Eden is ideally located in the bay of Spiez, close to Interlaken, with view on the lake of Thun and the Bernese Alps. The Hotel was built in 1902 and completely renovated to a superior standard in 2006.

We use as often as possible seasonal products, mainly with organic products, to produce light and tasty dishes. Specialities from the region are not missing either to complete our culinary offer. During our special weeks we create the adequate plates. Likewise can our guests enjoy far-east specialities "from east to west" such as japanese, polinesian and indian meals.
