Our Programs – From immigration to moving-in, we've got it covered.
This is a tailor-made program, designed to introduce you to your new region of transfer, whether this be Paris, other major French cities or their suburbs. This phase of your relocation includes an orientation with our English-speaking team who will discuss with you rental costs, availability, public transportation, travel by car, schools, banking and medical information, spouse opportunities, recreational facilities, shopping and the like. You will visit several residential areas and at least three to four properties during the day. This full-service program is designed to help you get installed as quickly and as efficiently as possible. Our Housing Research Assistant will rapidly search for suitable housing, accompany you and your family during visits, advise you in your choice of property, actively assist you with the signing of your lease and make all arrangements for utilities and maintenance services. Before or upon your arrival, we will gather comprehensive information regarding your housing requirements. As soon as you arrive, we will present you with a maximum choice selection of properties to choose from. We will provide you with information on banking services, legal services, English speaking notaries, appraisers, etc. Once you and /or your family has arrived, Cosmopolitan Services Unlimited will help assure a smooth transition through an integrated settling-in support program. You will receive a comprehensive Welcome Package including lists of language schools, English-speaking doctors and dentists, banking options, home-finding information, medical facilities, expatriate clubs and organizations, support groups, sporting facilities and guide books. We will assist with critical phases of the relocation process such as Move-in Day assistance and local purchases of key goods and services (furniture, appliances etc.) We can also accompany you to the bank of your choice to open your first account, or assist you with the purchase of an automobile or drivers license formalities.

CSU provides a one day informational seminar tailored to your specific
concerns and questions. Our goal is to help you set up your new household
quickly leaving you time to achieve personal and family goals. Various
materials are supplied during the seminar to ensure that you come away,
not only with the enthusiasm to embark on a new assignment, but with the
reference tools necessary to build a successful experience in France.
Returning home at the end of an assignment can be as complicated as
moving abroad in the first place. We handle all the final details and
assure you a smooth and seamless transfer from France.
