Day 1 Palm Springs Arrival

After arriving into Palm Springs airport, pick up your rental car and make your way to your hotel in this lovely desert resort.

Day 2 Palm Springs - Laughlin - Grand Canyon Caverns - Williams

Distance: 445 Miles
Begin your day with a visit to Joshua Tree National Park. Then continue passed Needles to Laughlin, Nevada's newly discovered entertainment resort on the Colorado River. For a bit of nostalgia, travel along a bit of American legend, old Route 66. Between Kingman and Seligman is one of the best -preserved stretches of this historic highway. Stop at Grand Canyon Caverns and descend through nearly a mile of colourful mineral formations. Then continue to Williams, gateway to the Grand Canyon.

Day 3 Williams - Grand Canyon National Park - Monument Valley - Lake Powell / Page

Distance: 358 Miles
Drive to the Grand Canyon this morning and see the breathtaking scenery as you drive along the South Rim. There are scenic look out points along the way. Continue along the South Rim, and then drive across the Navajo Indian Reservation, passing the trading post of Cameron, and drive through the Painted Desert to tour Monument Valley. Then turn around and head to Page, the gateway to the shimmering blue waters of Lake Powell. The scenery here is spectacular.

Day 4 Lake Powell/Page - Bryce Canyon National Park - Zion National Park - St. George

Distance: 304 Miles
Cross in to Utah and visit Bryce Canyon National Park, a giant bowl-shaped canyon filled with thousands of red rock spires, a sight to behold! This is believed by many, to be the most beautiful, most scenic national park in the USA. The next stop is Zion National Park, where you will feel dwarfed by giant white rock towers and huge mountains closing in on a narrow valley. Spend the night in nearby St. George.
