2003 SEA Games in Vietnam
I was first introduced to Farabloc during the 2003 SEA Games in Vietnam by Dr. Goh. During the semi finals with Myanmar, my elbow got “locked” and twisted. It went “snap” - 3 snaps in all.
Dr. Goh gave immediate medical treatment and recommended me to use Farabloc.
My finals was about 1 hour away and my elbow was sore and painful. Farabloc was really useful because it reduced the soreness that I felt at my elbow and I could carry on doing my warm-ups as usual, which was very essential.
After the competition, I took it off as I did not know I could wear it throughout the whole night. When I woke up in the morning, my pain intensified and my elbow was sore to the extent that I couldn’t stretch my arm out fully.
But after putting on Farabloc again, I found that my arm regained a wider range of movement and the overall feeling of “soreness” was reduced.

Pain in the Shoulder
I was a “Regular” in the Singapore Sports Council Medical centre, treated almost everyday for the last 3 years for shoulder injuries. I had a constant nagging pain in the right shoulder due to its overuse. Being an athlete, it wasn’t easy as I had to bear the pain and continue training for major games.
In March 2002, I was first introduced to Farabloc by my sports doctor, Dr Patrick Goh, who had a great interest in my well being. He suggested that I gave Farabloc a try, as I had not recovered and was preparing for the next set of games.
I have to say that I was skeptical at first, as I could not understand how a piece of cloth could help me in my pain management.
Being positive, I gave it a try, as I had nothing to lose. I made myself a jacket to cover the shoulder and arm, as the pain and numbness goes down my right arm.
I used it for a few weeks, and the results proved to be fruitful. I wore it to sleep and felt refreshed when I woke. I could have a good night’s sleep without the nagging pain. I felt less pain while "shooting" and was able to concentrate better during the competitions. The doctors and physiotherapists are also happy to see me improving.
That led me to 2 gold medals for the Indoor Championships In Singapore (NUS), and 5 out of the 7 gold medals for the Pesta Sukan 2002.
I am very fortunate to have been given the opportunity to use Farabloc I seriously would recommend it to all who have similar conditions like me and hope for your speedy recovery!
