Pact’s Capacity Building Services Group (CBSG) is a leading facilitator of leadership and organizational development for NGOs, networks and intermediary organizations around the world. Through our training, technical assistance, and mentoring services, we help organizations to create significant change.

The diversity of our coaches and trainers allows us to offer high quality capacity building services in many different environments and across all sectors of development. A critical component of what we do is sharing what we learn with our nonprofit capacity building peer partners.

Most NGOs and organizational networks do not have committed resources directed to developing and delivering capacity building solutions. CBSG is working every day to gather the practices and insights that can help you move from an organizational island to extended social development enterprise. Our tools and methodologies are highly customized and address the real-world challenges facing organizations every day working in health, conservation, education, microfinance, democracy and governance, and peace building.
