Case has been entered into the Federal Bureau of Investigation's National
Crime Information Center (NCIC).

Waiver from parent, guardian, or law-enforcement agency is on file at NCMEC
giving permission to disseminate photograph of missing child.

Posters containing photograph of abductor(s) are included only if a felony
warrant has been issued for the abductor and the subject has been entered
into the NCIC Wanted Person File.
Law-enforcement officers should check with the appropriate law-enforcement
agency before taking action on a child or abductor depicted on any poster
on this web site that does not contain the National Center for Missing
and Exploited Children logo.
Law-enforcement officers should also be aware that some international
cases submitted to this site do not have criminal warrants, but are subject
to the process specified under the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects
of International Child Abduction which is an international treaty.
