This unique four bedroomed villa is situated in the delightful village of Galé between Albufeira and Armação de Pera. Set directly on the beachfront with direct access down to a little known beach and within a few minutes walk to the main beach. In fact there are many sandy coves to explore. The village itself is largely residential and up market comprising mostly villas although there are a couple of exclusive resort properties. There are some excellent Portuguese and International restaurants within easy walking distance from the villa. Closely is Salgados Golf Club and of course many more courses within easy reach by car (request discounted price list).
The villa is completely secluded and private with entrance gates leading into the front garden with a long driveway with ample parking space for several cars. The property is 3,500 square metres with pristine gardens boasting hundreds of species of fauna. There is a boules pitch and the villa is extremely child friendly. There are several outdoor seating areas and a bbq for al fresco dining. Walled in with trees and shrubs.
The swimming pool is heated and there is a sunbathing area with loungers and a large table and chairs, perfect for sundowners to admire the spectacular view along the coast. To the left of the pool area is a small path down to the beach. The house is south facing so maximum sun. Apart from outside seating area there are also balconies for those wanting peace and quiet.
The house is single storey but slightly tiered and the four bedrooms and bathrooms are on the slightly higher level. The main area comprises a large full kitchen with oven and microwave, modern hob, an American fridge with icemaker, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Very well equipped with kettle, juicer, cocktail maker and coffee machine. Lovely Portuguese crockery.
The hallway, kitchen, dining area and lounge are open plan and the spacious lounge has ample seating for 8 or more persons, satellite TV (bring your card), fireplace and stereo. There is a cloakroom and the house has air-conditioning throughout. The décor is extremely attractive and the warm parquet floors contrasts with the airy atmosphere. The house has air-conditioning/heating throughout.
The good-sized four bedrooms are all ensuite and the beds can cleverly be used as singles or doubles. Two bedrooms have their own balconies with amazing sea views and vistas along the coastline. The small red sandstone rock formations offer a lovely backdrop to the bright sparkling ocean.
