Yes. All credit card transactions are handled by Setcom.com, a well-established credit card processing company. Your privacy & safety are very important to us. At no time your email address and customer information will be trade or swap to any other third party unless legally required to do so or we receive your consent to do so

Can I order by phone or mail?

We do process orders by phone or mail provided payment would be done through bank deposit or electronic transfer.

Can I pay for my order with a cheque, credit card or cash?

We accept major credit cards at this time. We also accept bank transfers and electronic transfers but no cheque.

Do you take special orders or requests?

Yes. We can order the items that are not listed on the shopping catalogue. Also we can try and source hard to find and out of print items.

What do you do if receiving wrong item or defective item?

Contact our customer service within 30 days of receipt.

No, buy law we are required to mark all items at the value for which you paid.
