Customer satisfaction surveys

One of the best ways of gauging the success of a website is to go directly to the website users. It is often the case that a website owner’s perceptions of their website user’s requirements are vastly different to what the user actual wants. Conducting a customer satisfaction survey allows for these requirements and user goals to be clarified.

A survey will gather information across a range of topics such as:

  • User profile information – to identify your website’s user demographic
  • General website usage – to identify main reasons for website visits and repeat visits
  • Experience rating – how do your user’s rate the site in areas such as speed and ease of navigation
  • Awareness – gauge your website users awareness of existing services and facilities
  • Feedback – provide the opportunity for your user’s to say what features they want
