A total of 52 submissions were received by the auDA Foundation. The Foundation is currently reviewing all applications. Applicants should expect to receive a response by the end of August.

auDA has won its TPA action against Domain Names Australia Pty Ltd, over mass mail outs during 2003.
auDA cautions that registering multiple domain names for the primary purpose of capturing web traffic and/or selling click-through advertising may result in cancellation of the domain names for breach of policy.
