CAP 393

CAP 393 contains the provisions of the Air Navigation Order, Regulations made under the Order and the Civil Aviation Authority Regulations in their currently amended form.

Updating

Anyone may register on the CAA website to obtain e-mail notification of any amendments made to CAP 393. See Subscription Registration.

Each amendment is included separately on the CAP 393 site (see Amendments to Previous Versions of this Publication) as well as being incorporated in CAP 393.  With each amendment you will find a Letter to Subscribers which summarises the amendments being made.
