Information Technology Center

The Information Technology Centers (ITC), launched in February 1999, is composed of the ITC Headquarters, Mita ITC, Hiyoshi ITC, Shinanomachi ITC, Science & Technology ITC, and Shonan Fujisawa ITC. Its major activities include the promotion of the use of information infrastructure, such as PCs and workstations, created around networks; promotion of projects required as Keio University becomes highly computerized; and the improvement of equipment for the management and storage of information. In July 2004, a new ITC was launched, with the goal of contributing to the development of Keio University's research and education, and to its smooth operations, by providing an information infrastructure for the whole system, including not only the university but the affiliated schools as well.
