Ferguson to Build New Facility in Charlotte
** Ferguson (www.ferguson.com), the nation's largest distributor of plumbing, heating, cooling and pipe products, has announced plans to construct a 96,000 square-foot complex on a 41-acre site at the northwest corner of I-77 and Sunset Road. The branch's existing 81 employees will move to the new location, with the expectation of adding another 50 to its staff over the next three years.
