The bus runs from the international terminal at the airport to the Plaza de La Independencia in the centre of the city. The fare is about 2.50 euros. It runs from 6:00am till 1:00am.
There you have two options:
1. Take the underground at Plaza de La Independencia, the station is called Colón. Change at Bilbao and go to Gran Vía or change at Goya and go to Sevilla station, just a five minute walk from the Hostal San Lorenzo.
2. Take a taxi. The fare from Colón to the Hostal is around 3 to 5 euros. The price of a ticket for either the bus or the underground is 0.95 euros. If you are staying for a few days you can buy the more economical 10-trip ticket costing 5 euros.
BY TRAIN:
All railway stations in Madrid are also underground stations. To reach the Hostal San Lorenzo take the Metro to Gran Via station. From there it is a 5 minute walk.
BY CAR:
If you are driving a car, you can park it in the public car park just opposite us at Plaza Vázquez de Mella.
