Sunglasses Repairs
Have you broken a pair of sunglasses? You do not have to have bought
them from Sunglasses Shop for us to repair you sunglasses, but they must
be one of the brands that we stock from this list:

To send your sunglasses to us for repair please note:
- We can not guarantee the repair of your sunglasses
- We cannot guarantee the final cost of repairs
- Repairs are not made in-house, all sunglasses are sent back to
the manufacturers (a majority of whom are in Italy)
- A non-refundable £25 deposit must be included for the repair
- If your sunglasses are under warranty/guarantee then you must
contact the original vendor, we are unable to deal with
guarantees/warranties not issued through us
- We will send the sunglasses back to the manufacturers for repair
and will only contact you with an estimated final price if
the repair is expected to cost over £50, at this point we are still
unable to guarantee the final cost
- We can only confirm the final cost on receipt of the repaired
products
- We recommend sunglasses are sent to us recorded delivery for
insurance purposes
- Repair times can vary, typically you can expect to have your
repaired sunglasses within a month, during the height of season in
particular repair times may be lengthened
- For any uncertainties please email us
before sending us your sunglasses notifying us of the model number
(if known), approximate age and the reason for repair
- We are unable to have Bausch and Lomb Ray-Ban sunglasses
repaired
- For any faults with Oakley sunglasses, please contact Oakley

- We are only able to help with UK customers
