Directions
The Program in Biological Sciences is located in Hogan Hall 2-144. The best way to get to our office complex is to enter through Pancoe Hall. Hogan and Pancoe are located in the northern part of campus, to the east (lake-side) of Tech and to the northeast of the Education School building. Please enter Pancoe via either of the two ground-level entrances. Proceed up the stairs or elevator to the second floor of Pancoe. To one side you will see Einstein's Bagels. Proceed in the opposite direction, travelling through the aerial corridor between Pancoe and Hogan. At the end of this corridor, on your left, will be our offices in Hogan 2-144.

Mission
The primary mission of the Program in Biological Sciences is to provide a strong curriculum for students wishing to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree program at Northwestern University. The Program provides advising and other resources for majors. During their Junior and Senior years, each student takes a specified set of specialized courses that allows the student to Concentrate in one of seven biological areas. In addition to its undergraduate responsibilities, the Program in Biological Sciences expects to soon begin coordinating a Masters degree program in Plant Biology.
