Travel Tip: If you get seasick, don't stay on deck during rough weather. The part of the vessel that moves the least is actually below deck. If you still feel queasy once the weather settles down, go above deck or to a room above water level where you can see outside. Fix your eyes on the horizon or an unmoving object. This will help your eye-ear connection reorient itself. |
