Above daily rates are based on single occupancy in a private room and valid until April 30th, 2007. Double occupancy or couples sharing the same room are welcome, however the chosen rate will be multiplied by one and a half time. All homestay rates are in Canadian dollar currency. For other currency, please click on Universal Currency Converter! *Short Stay Daily Rates apply to a maximum of 20 days. It includes breakfast and dinner only. Daily rates apply to monthly bookings and/or for stays longer than 20 days. Our minimum stay is one week.
Homestays are different; therefore, we take the time to check all accommodations and make sure that they meet our minimum standards. All Homestays will include the following: English speaking family Private room with a window Comfortable bed (includes linen, duvet cover, blanket and two pillows) Night table, lamp, and alarm clock/radio Work desk with chair and desk lamp Closet and a mirror Access to TV with cable channels in the living room Private or shared bathroom If meals included: See B&B, 2 meals, or 3 meals plans

Minor Student Services: for students up to 17 years old who require extra attention in terms of room cleaning, doing laundry, some driving, etc... Please consider adding CAN $200 a month per student to above rates. Airport Pick up ServicesCAN $75 per student/visitor. This service is provided by insured and licensed meet and greet company that will meet and assist you to your homestay.  Refund Policy:
| Homestay agency placement fee is non-refundable. Homestay payments may be refundable at 60% to 90% of the unused portion of homestay cost with a minimum two to four weeks notice, *depending on the situation and time remaining of homestay program. Wire transfer and bank charges may apply to refund amount. *Please inquire with your agency representative about the best proper notice at the time.
