What is the reason for requesting a new Homestay?

By clicking on sign-up you agree that you will allow us two weeks to find a new host family for you. You also agree to give at least two weeks notice to your existing host family, should the agency secure an alternative homestay.
Our agency reserves the right to reject request for host family change or apply full placement charge, depending on the reasons presented to change the host family. Some charges like second placement fee and moving transportation fee may apply.
VHA will waive second placement fee for the student, if we find the host family breaching our host family guidelines and agreement.
