The Met Office has been providing meteorological services
for more than 150 years. We deliver a world-class, value-added
service to a wide range of loyal customers and have an able
and committed workforce, continually improving its knowledge
and skills.
We have been an MoD Trading Fund since 1996 which means
we operate in a way that is best for us and our stakeholders
- the MoD, our customers, staff and the public.
We offer a structured career path with plenty of variety,
and opportunities to sample work in different areas throughout
the organisation. Specialisation is not a necessity, unless
you want it to be.
