Smoked Salmon

Wild Alaskan Smoked Salmon
Wild Alaskan smoked salmon is nothing short of being absolutely delicious. It is marinated in sugar and spices then slowly smoked with alder wood to create a flaky rich smoked salmon that melts in your mouth.

We've been using the same smokehouse for years now. We are very pleased with their consistency and quality of their smoking process. Our high quality salmon combined with their expertise in smoking produces grade-A wild smoked salmon that will certainly meet any connoisseur's standards if not exceed them.

Alaska's Smoked Salmon Industry
Smoked salmon are made from the many wild salmon that are caught throughout the rivers and coastal fishing areas around the state. There are many "smokehouses" that specialize in smoking wild salmon. Traditionally, in Alaska, salmon is soaked in a brine (water, salt, sugar, and spices) then slowly smoked with alder wood to perfection.
