2001 School Member Of The Year By CAPPS
Laguna Hills, CA - Allied
Business Schools, Inc., a leading provider of career training through distance
education, was named 2001 School Member of the Year by the California
Association of Private Postsecondary Schools (CAPPS) at the organizations
17th annual conference at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Garden Grove, CA on November
7th.
Allied received the honor
based on their active participation in the association this year. Charli Hislop,
Allieds Business Development and Compliance Manager, was on hand to accept
this award. As the oldest and largest association of private postsecondary schools
in California, CAPPS provides legislative advocacy, scholarship programs, seminars
and workshops for the private postsecondary sector.
Allied Business Schools,
Inc. offers comprehensive home study courses ranging from Real Estate Licensing
and Home Inspection to Medical Billing and Coding. The school is a member of
several other professional associations including the California Association
of Rehabilitation & Reemployment Professionals (CARRP), the California Association
of Realtors (CAR), and the Housing Inspection Foundation (HIF) to name a few.
In addition, Allied is registered with the Bureau for Private Postsecondary
and Vocational Education (BPPVE).
