Biography
An accomplished lawyer with 24 years of experience, Dennis's practice in Houston focuses on transactional and business matters within the health care industry. He has handled hundreds of acquisitions and divestitures involving all types of health care providers, including hospitals, health maintenance organizations, ambulatory surgical centers, diagnostic imaging centers, home health agencies, skilled nursing facilities, and physician group practices. In addition, Dennis has participated in the structuring and implementation of various forms of joint ventures between hospitals and physicians, and between taxable and tax-exempt hospital entities. As a result of his extensive experience, Dennis has been recognized by Nightingale's Healthcare News as one of its Outstanding Healthcare Transaction Lawyers, and by Chambers USA as a leading lawyer in healthcare law in 2006.
