Donations help keep this program available. We do receive and accept donations honouring the memory of a loved one whose life ended by a car crash. However, we resist listing names of loved ones as we do not want to ever be perceived as profiting on the loss of family and friends.

Persons are permitted to make ONE copy of our safe driving contract for personal use. To make multiple copies we require a donation to the program. Without this stipulation we cannot cover costs to provide this service what-so-ever. Hence we have to be firm about this requirement.

So, put your logo along side ours on our safe driving contract! 

With a minimum donation of $150.00, we will email you the Parent-Youth Safe Driving Contract as a PDF file with your logo along side ours. You then have permission to make as many hard copies as you wish for a one-year period. 

Instructions: Please click on the donate button above to make your donation on-line, or mail us a cheque or money order with your request. Then email us your logo as a JPG file, or direct us to your website, where we may copy and paste your logo into the Parent-Youth Safe Driving Contract. We will email you the file very shortly thereafter.
