- We had no aircondition in our room, just a fan and it was very hot! Because of the traffic just outside it was disturbing noice but you had to have windows open beacuse of the temperatur.

- Noise from the street. Extra charges, such as for parking, for use of safe. Distance from Pest, thus had to walk 20 minutes or take the bus. They did not have blow driers in the room, but did lend one at no charge.

+ The fact that the hotel was filled with international travellers, that made us feel comfortable. The breakfast was very good, staff generally very friendly and helpful. We did really enjoy our stay at the hotel and can recommend it.
- The buses to and from the hotel were always very crowded. And it is unfortunately too far to walk into the city center.

+ Staff were exceptionally friendly. Made us feel wanted, even with young kids; while struggling with buggies, breakfast in morning and dining in evening.
- The room looked like it could have been dusted down a bit better. Perhaps it was the opening weekend of a new tourist season... it had that feel. Just little things like blinds not working, a few blown bulbs and plug repair needed in kitchenette (which was very good incidentally). But of course the staff were immediately attentive to these things also.

- The only disadvantage of the hotel was for us the location. If you want to go to the centre of pest you have to take the bus.(which aren't that comfortable in Budapest)

- No towel racks in the bathroom. That's the only major minus I could find. The breakfast room is a bit small. Biggest issue is the location - the hotel is located on a fast and noisy road. If you like to sleep with your windows open, ask for a room on the side street. Still noisy, but bearable.

- Roadworks outside our window. We had room towards the railwaytrack in april 06. They were also refurbishing rooms which caused some noice in the morning. Of course the refurbishment will be to your advantage if they are done!.

- There was really heavy trafick outside our room which actually made it imposible to get quality sleep. If you decide to stay there, ask for rooms off from the main road.

- The bed sheets were too short for the bed. The sheets would not stay in place during an evenings rest. The shower stall water outlet was too lose. It would not point at the showerer. I put a spoon under it to repoint it. The inroom staff should have noticed this and corrected it. These are minor things that could be corrected if an inspection was periodically performed by management.

- Leider sind die Zimmer sehr laut. Liegt zum einen an der Lage an einer belebten Kreuzung und am Bahngleis.Tipp: Ohropax! Damit konnte ich dann sehr gut schlafen.

- Autóval egy idegennek nagyon nehéz megközelíteni a szálloda parkolóját. A parkoló utcája ugyanis egyirányú, és egy sarokkal korábban kell lehajtani, hogy rá lehessen fordulni. Ezt egy életében először arra közlekedő nem tudhatja. Természetesen erről nem a hotel tehet, de a garázsfoglalással tanácsosnak tartanám ezt megemlíteni, a kedves vendéget tájékoztatni. Ezt utólag hiányoltam.
