IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
If you are a current GCI cable modem customer with the Ultimate Package, email us (xtremegamer@gci.net)
with your request to upgrade your service to Ultimate Xtreme Entertainment or Ultimate Xtreme Power and tell us which
game you want to receive. (Please note if you have a Com21 cable modem you will
need to swap it for a Docsis modem, free of charge, at any GCI store.)
If you are NOT a current GCI cable modem customer or are NOT on the Ultimate
Package, please call GCI Customer Service at 265-5400
(Anchorage) or 1-800-800-4800 to sign up. After you have signed up for service,
please email us (xtremegamer@gci.net)
with your request of which game you want to receive.
*In order to receive your free game, you must commit to a minimum of 6 months
of continued, uninterrupted Ultimate Xtreme Entertainment or Ultimate Xtreme Power service. If for any reason the commitment
is not fulfilled, you will be charged the full retail price of the game. Ultimate Xtreme
Entertainment and Ultimate Xtreme Power is currently only available in Anchorage, Fairbanks, Juneau, Kenai/Soldotna
& Palmer/Wasilla cable serviceable areas. Other restrictions may apply.
Offer based on customer credit approval. Please allow 1 – 2 weeks for
your free game delivery once your Ultimate Xtreme Entertainment or Ultimate Xtreme Power plan has been activated. Customer
on current GCI cable modem account is the only authorized person to make changes/upgrades
to the account. Current customers “downgrading”
service from a faster plan to Ultimate Xtreme Entertainment or downgrading current service below
Ultimate Xtreme Entertainment and then upgrading back to Ultimate Xtreme Entertainment do not qualify for FREE
GAME offer.
For current Xtreme Gamer or above customers:
As you are probably aware, businesses have many types of promotions throughout
the year in order to appeal to a wide range of potential customers. When you
signed up for GCI Ultimate Xtreme Entertainment (or higher speed), you already received the current
available promotion. However, because this is such a popular promotional offer,
we are happy to put your name in a drawing for one of five free copies of the
games (your choice). Winners will be notified on January 2nd via email. But
all entries must be emailed to us (only 1 entry) by December 15th, to xtremegamer@gci.net
