Admittedly I don’t get to play as much as I’d like (old dad doing family things), but when I do I miss not having at least a few people to play with on this server. It seems hit and miss but it's Friday night and I thought at least a few people might be here… I’ll tell you what though, when there is some action it sure is some of the most fun I’ve ever had!
One other thing… How do some of you guys fly those helos like that?!

| It takes a little time to learn how to fly a chopper properly, but I wouldn't waste my time time learning how to circle or anything like that, with the new patch the AA is two strong and it doesn't matter what kind of move you pull off now you are toast. When a guy like trepid_jesse (the best helo pilot in this game) only gets 30 points in a chopper you know you are in for a hard time. I don't mind giving out pointers, but the GCI server hasn't updated to 1.2 yet so no one is going to play it. The best thing for choppers is a keyoard and mouse, a joystick will aloow you to pull off crazy moves faster but doesn't have the accuracy of the keyboard. Your best bet its to learn how to TV guide well. |

If that guy must be the best Chopper pilot, I must be 2nd in line...I ride with keyboard and mouse. It would be nice if you really knew what your gunner was doing at times you needed him/her.
This game is a trip and stronger AA is what I need, a challenge!
I'll email the admin to get this updated. |

| I'll give the keyboard and mouse a try. I sat down the other night to seriously practice flying and I figured the joystick would make it easier. Wrong! |

| Yeah the joystick is abit to touchy when you are starting out, you gotta get used to the chopper first. Just fire up the singleplayer and practice, when you can easily dominate the single player then try the multiplayer, or practice in a mulitplayer with few people, it will make it easier.Miata just look trepid_jesse up in game monitor if he is a chopper map just ask him to dogfight, then watch in amazement as he smashes your chopper with a TV from any angle by himself. Just remember he is ranked 9th in the world, and his K/D ratio is the best as far as chopper pilots go. The only person with better stats is DJ JEFFRO and he is a blackhawk whoring stat padder. Jesse is simply the best pilot in this game hands down. |
