Biography
Laura's practice involves all areas of employee benefits and executive compensation. In addition to representing the firm's clients in both the tax and ERISA issues involved in the ERISA practice, her work includes designing, drafting, amending, and day-to-day administration of qualified plans; nonqualified deferred compensation plans; stock option plans; executive compensation plans or agreements; and welfare plans (medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, life insurance, and accidental death and dismemberments plans and severance plans).

Representative Experience

  • Assisted NASDAQ client in obtaining a prohibited transaction exemption from the Department of Labor
  • Assisted Fortune 500 company in correction of plan qualification issues arising subsequent to pension plan merger
