Biography
Paul's practice focuses on real estate and general business transactions. His experience includes representation of a wide variety of clients engaged in many types of real estate, financing and other business transactions, as well as institutional lenders in the sale of commercial property and the restructuring of existing credit facilities. Paul also has experience in commercial leasing, lease disputes, general corporate representation and long-term healthcare acquisitions and lending. He currently represents a large nationwide developer and property manager in various leasing, lending, workout and sale transactions.

Paul is the head of the Dallas real estate group's leasing practice. This group represents institutional landlords and tenants across the country. Paul is a regular speaker on leasing issues, including drafting, negotiation, and disputes with respect to landlord/tenant relationships.
