| 1. How does your conference calling service work? |

LiveOffice provides a reservationless conference calling service allowing
you to run a conference call anytime 24 hours a day. You'll receive
account information including a toll-free (800) dial-in number, a
dedicated 6 digit conference bridge number which all your attendees
will use when prompted to enter your call and moderator PIN code
for your security. Hosting a conference call is as easy as
dialing the telephone.

| 2. How are conference minutes counted? |
|
Toll-free conference calling minutes are calculated by per minute,
per user. For example: 5 participants conferencing for 5
minutes will total 25 minutes.

| 3. Is there a limit to how many conference calls I can make? |
|
No at all, you can host an unlimited number of conference calls.
If your company requires more than one person be able to host a
conference call, multiple access codes for additional users within
your account will be created upon request at no additional cost.

| 4. How many guests can attend a single conference call? |
|
To ensure that there are always lines available for all our conference
users, a 250 participant limit for one conference has been
put into place.

|
No, our pay-as-you-go plan will be billed only as you use the service.
If you select one of our volume discount plans for lower per minute
rates, the plan is billed on a 30 day monthly recurring cycle from the
day you open your account with nothing but a monthly commitments.

| 6. Can international callers participate in my conference? |
|
Yes. LiveOffice Teleconferencing provides toll-free access to
residents of the 50 United States and Canada. Along with your
(800) number, you will also receive an international toll number
allowing international callers to dial in and join the
same conference.

service that requires only a telephone for users to join
your conference call.

To process your order and ensure valid credit card information is provided, a $5 fee is applied to your
account for toll-free conference calling, pay-per-use accounts. Since there are no monthly service fees or
minimums, it's important we maintain only valid billing information on file for active accounts.
