| 1. How do I start my conference call? |
- Dial your conference call number
When calling from within the United States, Canada or Puerto Rico: Dial your 800 conference call number from any touch tone phone
When calling from outside the United States, Canada or Puerto Rico: Dial your international (310) conference call number
- Enter your 6-digit conference bridge number when greeted.
You will be told that the call has not been started and if the moderator to enter your PIN.
- Enter your 4-digit Moderator PIN at this time.
As soon as you enter the Moderator PIN, a ding will sound indicating that the call has started.

| 2. How do I end my conference call? |
By default, the conference call will end when the conference host hangs up the telephone but the host can also end the call
by clicking the End Conference button in the online Call Manager.
Note: If Call Continuation is enabled by selecting (3) then (*) during the conference, the call will end when the last
participant in the call hangs up their phone.

| 3. How do I get a participant into my conference call? |
If you have already started the call, a participant can join by simply dialing conference call number and entering
your 6-digit conference bridge number when prompted.
If you have not started the call, the Participant will have 2 options after they dial the toll-free number and enter
the Conference Bridge number:
- Press any key to wait for the Moderator. The Participant is allowed to wait in a muted
stated for up to 8 minutes for the Moderator to arrive and start the call. If the Moderator does not start the call
within the 8 minute window, the Participant will be requested to try back at the scheduled meeting time and then disconnected.
- Hang up and try back at a later time: If the participant wishes, they can disconnect from
LiveOffice Teleconferencing and try back again.

| 4. How can I record my conference call? |
Once a call has been started the conference call host can initiate Call Recording by:
- Selecting (5) then (*) from their touch tone phone.
- By clicking the Start Recording button in their web-based Call Manager
To end Call Recording, a Moderator can:
- Hit the 5* keys again on their touch tone phone
- Click the Stop Recording button in the web based Call Manager

| 5. Where do I find my conference call recording afterwards? |
Call recordings can be downloaded or previewed from your web-based call manager once the conference has been completed. To
download a conference recording, the host should:
- Go the web site address provided to them in their Welcome Information email.
Example: (http://xxxx.imconferencing.com)
- Click Host Login and enter the username and password provided to them in the Welcome Information email
- Click on the Call Archives link in the Conference Calls section and adjust the date range to
find when Conference Call took place, select Refresh
- Click on the Callid link of the appropriate call
- Click the download link in the Call Detail page

| 6. How do I manage my conference call online? |
To view a conference call in real time, a Moderator should:
- Go to the web site address provided to them in their Welcome Information email (http://xxxx.imconferencing.com)
- Login with the username and password provided to them in the Welcome Information email
- Click on the Manage Call link in the Conference Calls section
- Click on the Manage Conference link under the Action column of the Conference Center page
Once in the Manage Conference page, a Moderator can:

View the Status of the Call, including:
- Conference bridge number and PIN information
- Conference call start time
- How many participants are attending the conference call
- Which conference call options have been enabled
Control the conference call options, including:
Manage conference participants, including:
- View the phone number of each participant
- View the connect/disconnect times for each participant
- Mute/unmute selected conference call participants
- Disconnect a teleconference participant

| 7. Where do I view my call history and archives? |
To view the details a particular conference call that has already taken place, a Moderator should:
- Go the web site address provided to them in their Welcome Information email
(http://xxxx.imconferencing.com)
- Login with the username and password provided to them in the Welcome Information email
- Click on the Call Archives link in the Conference Calls section
- Input the date range in which the Conference Call took place
- Click on the Callid link of the appropriate call
