    Integrated conference calling implies the ability to control your conference call and the talk/listen rights of online meeting participants, right from the web conferencing software.
     

    Is the integrated conference calling toll-free »

    Yes. Integrated conference calling uses a toll-free conference number for United States and Canadian callers and provides international callers a separate toll-based number for conference access.
     

    How is conference calling calculated for billing »

    Toll-free conference calling minutes are calculated by per minute, per user. For example: 5 participants conferencing for 5 minutes will total 25 minutes, multiplied by the per-minute rate.
     

    How do my online meeting attendees receive the conference call information »

    Integrated conference calling information is provided in two ways. When online meeting participants join the web conference, they are provided the conference call information in the Meeting Details panel identified with a yellow tab. If the host of the meeting has scheduled this meeting in advance, he/she can check the “Pre-create a conference call for this meeting” box during the scheduling process.
     

    What's better? Integrated conference calling or stand-alone conference calling »

    It’s really up to personal user preference. If you would like to manage your conference call from the same interface as you do the web conference, integrated is recommended. If you would prefer to have meeting attendees unable to join the online meeting portion still listen to the audio conference, then the stand-alone conference calling service is recommended.
