    Yes. Presentation sharing will support almost all popular slide transitions and object animations within PowerPoint ™.
     

    Will I see the presentation thumbnail and note views »

    Yes. During any web conferencing session, you can deliver your presentation with thumbnail and note views as well as the slide itself. Your online meeting attendees will only see the full slide view. The thumbnail view allows you to present slides in non-sequential order and note view includes any notes input in your PowerPoint™.
     

    Will attendees be able to see the thumbnail and note views »

    No. Online meeting attendees are only permitted to see the full slide view.
     

    Can I draw on my slides for online meeting attendees to see »

    Yes. The online presentation service allows for “annotation” with numerous tools for marking and noting presentations include line drawing tools, objects and arrows and shape outlines.
     

    How do I upload my PowerPoint ™ presentation »

    Once logged in to IMConferencing, select Presentation / click Upload… / Find the presentation on your PC / highlightthe file and select Open. The presentation will upload, convert and inform you when completed. Processing time is dependent upon file size but is generally between twenty seconds and five minutes.
     

    Will my presentation be available for other online meetings »

    Yes. Once you have uploaded the presentation into your web conferencing account, it will remain in your online storage for future online meetings. If you would like to remove a file, simply highlight the file from your presentation files and select Delete.
