Reservations are required for passenger and vehicle travel between Port Hardy, Prince Rupert and the Queen Charlotte Islands. During our off-season, October through May, mid-coast stops at Bella Bella, Ocean Falls and Klemtu may be scheduled.

Full payment is required at time of booking. You'll receive a full refund if you cancel more than 30 days before your departure date. If you change your sailing date or cancel your vehicle reservation within 30 days of originally booked travel, service fees of $30 for sailings between Port Hardy and Prince Rupert including Mid Coast stops will be applied -- $15 for sailings between Prince Rupert and the Queen Charlotte Islands. Service fees are subject to change and are currently under review.
