This attractive two bedroom faces the pool at this small beachfront complex on Treasure Cay with the proclaimed "one of the worlds ten most beautiful beaches" only 100 yards away. The marina, where you can make arrangements for snorkeling, diving, boat rentals, fishing and island hoping is within walking distance as are the tennis courts and golf course. SIZE: This vacation home has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and sleeps 5. All linens are included. BEDS: One king bed and 2nd bedroom has a full and a twin. |

Activities and Attractions |

Snorkling, diving, boat rentals, fishing,and island hopping, tennis, golf, take leisurly walks on the beautiful 3 1/2 mile white sand beach; walk to the "point" to see the sun rise; lounge around the pool which is only steps from the front door; bike ride (one bike comes with the villa and more can be rented), or rent a golf cart for touring the area. Walk to the Coco Bar for lunch, or to the Tipsy Seagull for a drink and perhaps dancing at the Marina. The dress is always very casual. |

Rate details
Winter Rate Summer Rate: $1,350.00 a week/4 people. Ask about monthly or multiple week rates. A 15% deposit is required for each week reserved. The balance is due 60 days prior to departure. Reserving within a 30 day period, a certified check is required. Your deposit is refundable if 60 days notice is given. Extra charge for 5th person. |
