I'm a putter snob...I don't like change and have been using the same Scotty Cameron Mill Spec putter forever. To add insult to injury, I don't typically like mallet style putters. All that said, I had to admit that The Monster Putter by Aserta offered a smoother roll with less "bouncing" than my trusted Scotty. It didn't take long to get a feel for distance - the "Monster" was heavier than I was used to but feedback was great. It had a slightly different sound off the putter face, but I didn't mind given the true roll and the holed out putts! Given my stubborn nature, I'll probably stick with my Scotty putter awhile longer. However, if I was in the market and liked a mallet-type putter, I would definitely put The Monster near the top of the list!

I liked the feel of the Monster Putter. It has a well balanced center of gravity. The ball reacts well off of the face of the club. The Monter putter should improve anyones game.

I tried out the Monster during my first round of the season and was impressed from the first putt. The club has a terrific feel. The grip is very comfortable and the mallet style head provides excellent control in all regards. I left my first putt of the day within 6 inches of the cup from a distance of 30 feet or so and continued to putt well throughout the round. Definitely a worthwhile purchase.
