Prices and validity
All prices quoted to the Client are net in U.S. Dollars and valid until 31 December, 2005. GTI Vietnam Travel also warrants that the prices quoted to the Client are correct at the time of issuance of Client’s brochure but are subject to change in line with market, tax, currency fluctuation, with or without prior notice.

Payment
Upon confirmation of a reservation, a 30% ( thirty per cent) deposit is requested and the balance of the total package tour price should be paid at least 30 days ( thirty days) before starting date of the tour, or otherwise GTI Vietnam Travel may cancel the bookings without any refund of the sums already paid to GTI Vietnam Travel by the Client. The Client’s payment shall be executed by cash or credit card or travellers cheques. Except for cash payment, service charge may be added. In case credit facilities has been agreed with the Client, payment shall be executed by telegraphic transfer to the following bank accounts:

Cancellation
Charges for cancellation of booking are not levied by GTI Vietnam Travel but if hotels, carriers and other contractors apply charges for cancellation, the Client shall be liable to pay those charges to Vietnam Travel.

Liability
GTI Vietnam Travel always undertakes everything within its power to exceed the Clients’ expectation in terms of quality and value. The understanding is that Dragon Travel acts as intermediary between the Client and airlines, hotels, transport operators, local tourist offices providing services to the Client. GTI Vietnam Travel shall in no event be liable to the Client by reason of unsatisfactory services provided to the Client by third parties or by way of indemnity, for any loss, injury, delay, change in schedule or other adverse events beyond the control of GTI Vietnam Travel. The Client warrants that GTI Vietnam Travel shall not be responsible and liable for additional expenses and damages due to any delay, accidents, action of god, unrest, political action.

Claims
All disputes, claims and litigation regarding the services shall first be settled by way of negotiation and mutual understanding. In the event such negotiation and mutual understanding would fail, the disputes, claim and litigation shall finally settled by arbitration of the Vietnam International Arbitration Center at the Chambre of Commerce and Industry of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam. All claims must be submitted in writing within 14 days after the end of the services.

ACCOMMODATION RESERVATION

MAKING A RESERVATION
You must use a credit card to guarantee a reservation. However, your credit card will not be charged an advance deposit. But the total value of your reservation will be blocked on your credit card when we re-confirm your booking by email, fax or telephone.
Your credit card shall then be charged the blocked amount upon your check-in. We will send you a receipt of this amount on the same day.

CANCELLATIONS AND CANCELLATION FEES
All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to us via fax or email. You do not have to pay any cancellation fee if you cancel your reservation more than 7-daysbefore the check-in date. In that case, we shall release the blocked amount on your credit card, without penalty.
Otherwise, if you cancel your reservations 7 days or less to the check-in date, the cancellation fee equivalent to your reservation value of 01 night is charged due to hotel charges we incur for guest no shows


TOUR BOOKINGS

CHILD DISCOUNT
One child under 12 years is generally granted a reduction of 50% of the tour price, provided that he/she is accompanied by at least two full paying adults and stays in the same room. An extra bed is provided free of charge.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT
A deposit of 20% of the tour price per person is required upon confirmation of your booking. (If this amount is less than $100, a $100 per person deposit will apply) Once a deposit is received it is understood that you have read, understood and accepted all our Terms and Conditions. The remaining balance of the tour price (80%) is due upon arrival in Vietnam, payable at one of our 4 offices in Vietnam.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to us via fax or email. The following rules apply for cancellations:
• More than 14 days prior to departure: the total deposit paid to us (20% or US$ 100) will be valid for one (1) year from the date the deposit was received. During this time (365 days) the amount can be applied to other tours and services. After one (1) year the deposit amount is forfeited.
• Less than 14 days prior to departure: Complete forfeiture of deposit, due to hotel charges we incur for guest no-shows.

UNUSED SERVICES
No refunds or exchanges can be made with respect to accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services, included in the tour price, but not utilized by the tour members. Travel documents will be compiled after the deposit has been received and are sent two or three weeks prior to departure. These documents will be sent via email, and should be printed out by participants and retained as a receipt.

RESPONSIBILITY
All possible care is taken to ensure that our suppliers maintain the highest possible standards. However, we are not responsible in any way for problems, however they arise, that result from the booking of services we do not directly control.
GTI Vietnam Travel, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, servants or agents shall not be responsible or become liable in contract or tort for any injury, damage, loss, delay to person or property, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly due to any events beyond our control.

VALIDITY
This information is valid at the time of publication but is subject to change without prior notice. However, should any changes occur, they will be posted on the website immediately. However, should the Terms and Conditions change after the deposit is paid, the Terms and Conditions under which the deposit was paid shall apply.
