Where do I find my recorded conference call?

  1. Go to: http://freeconferencing.liveoffice.com
  2. Log in with your conference bridge number and PIN in the upper right of the website:
  3. You will be brought into your recording administration page.

What does each button in the recordings administration page do?

RSS = Podcast
Script = Tags to post on your website
Launch = opens your default audio player
Play button = plays directly in window

Can I allow others to listen to the call recording online?

You can allow others to listen to “Public” recordings set by you as the account owner. To make conference recordings available:
  1. Go to: http://freeconferencing.liveoffice.com
  2. Login with your conference bridge number and PIN at the upper right of the website:
  3. Click on the recording title.
  4. In the Recording Editor window uncheck the box for Private and click on save. You will notice in your recording the Title will change to green.
  5. Now provide your listeners the bridge number and these instructions below.
    1. To listen to past conference calls online, go to the following link:
      http://freeconferencing.liveoffice.com/free-conferencing-recording.html
    2. Enter your information along with the bridge number and click listen to recording.
    3. When you are logged in, click on play button (see image below) to listen.

How do I PodCast my recording?

  1. Go to: http://freeconferencing.liveoffice.com
  2. Login with your conference bridge number and PIN at the upper right of the website:
  3. Click on [RSS icon] and it will open another window to show you how.

Where do I find my recorded call file?

  1. Go to: http://freeconferencing.liveoffice.com
  2. Login with your conference bridge number and PIN at the upper right of the website:
  3. Right click on the launch icon and select Save Target As
  4. Select where you would like to save it
  5. Once saved, the MP3 can be sent as an attachment
Note: For FireFox users, Right click on the launch icon and select Save Link As

When & how long will the recorded calls be available online?

Your recording will be made available online within sixty minutes of your conference call concluding and will remain available for a minimum of the next thirty days.

Note: Your recorded conference call will appear in the recordings page once they have been converted to MP3 format. This will take a minimum of 60 minutes to post into your account.
