Is ordering with AllFancyDress.com safe?
All our orders are handled using 128-bit encryption that ensures all your details are safe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers and payments are processed by Barclays Bank.

How do I place a purchase?
To make a purchase, simply browse our products, and then click "ADD TO BASKET". You may need to select a size and / or colour preference from the drop downs first. Cookies must be enabled on your browser for the cart system to work. If you are having difficulty, read the section below regarding Enabling Cookies. If you are a new user you will be required to register which involves submitting a few details about yourself. You will then be logged in and ready to proceed to our secure payment area. You need to register in order to track your orders, as part of the order process you will receive emails regarding the progress of your order.

How long will my order take to be delivered? AllFancyDress.com offers two types of delivery: Express and Standard. All Express orders are delivered within 48 hours, unless factors beyond our control affect delivery. In these instances we will offer a refund of the additional shipping cost. Express delivery is not available for overseas orders which will be sent via our standard Overseas Delivery method - delivery times may vary depending on your country. If you would like further information regarding Overseas delivery, please contact us. We aim to have all Standard orders despatched within 3 - 5 working days. Sometimes this can take longer if an item is on back order, however we will inform you if this is the case. If you have any queries about your order, please feel free to contact us.

If, for any reason, your order is delayed by an unacceptable period of time, we will of course offer you a full refund.

Is it possible to track my order?
Yes. By logging in using the details you supplied during registration, you can keep track of your order to see what stage of delivery it is at.

Returns and Refunds
Order Cancellation: Pre-Shipment
If you wish to cancel an order or part order transaction before it is shipped, please do so immediately by telephone on 01268 590501 and you will be given an order cancellation reference. You will not be charged any penalty and your credit card transaction will be cancelled. If the order has been shipped, then the Post-Shipment cancellation will apply.

Order Cancellation: Post-Shipment
If you wish to cancel an order or part order transaction after it is shipped, please do so by telephone on 01268 590501 and you will be given an order returns cancellation reference. You may cancel and return your order up to 7 working days from receipt of your purchase (Note 7 working days is the maximum term and goods must be physically returned to All Fancy Dress Ltd within this time). You will be invited to return the goods in an unopened and as new condition for refund excluding the cost of delivery.

After 7 working days it is at the discretion of All Fancy Dress Ltd as to whether a refund will be offered and in all cases where it is agreed that goods maybe returned a 20% handling fee will be applied.

We recommend that recorded delivery is used as a minimum for returned goods and in instances of valuable items an insured service will indemnify you against damage in transit.

You will need to include the Returns Number together with your original delivery note and goods, a failure to do so will result in a delay of any refund.

Note: In all instances where packaging has been damaged or goods are not as new it will be at the sole discretion of All Fancy Dress Ltd as to whether a full or partial refund will be applied. Where goods cannot be refunded postage cost for return of goods must be borne by the customer. Where a customer does not agree to the return postage charge the said goods will be destroyed after 30 days.

Returns Policy - Faulty Goods
Should a product be faulty, you should let us know immediately by telephone on 01268 590501 and you will be given an order damaged reference. All Fancy Dress Ltd will be happy to refund or exchange the damaged item for you. Notification must be within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery or where a fault was not immediately apparent and at the discretion of All Fancy Dress Ltd the time is extended to 30 calendar days after receipt.

You will need to include the Returns Number together with your original delivery note and goods, a failure to do so will result in a delay of any refund.

Note: Replacement goods or refund will be authorised after inspection of returned goods and All Fancy Dress Ltd will have no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, misuse, alteration or repair of goods.

Can you ship internationally?
We can ship almost all countries, but can only accept payment in either British Pounds (GBP), US Dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR).

Enabling Cookies
