Make your own waves with a Vancouver boat rental! Rent your own 15 foot or 17 foot speed boat and explore the islands and inlets of Howe Sound. Adventure awaits as you leave the dock. Whether you want to go fishing, or sight-seeing it can all happen with a rental speed boat. There is plenty of wildlife to photograph, so don't forget your camera!
Adventure alone or bring your friends along (our 17 foot rental boats hold up to six passengers at a time). You could be at charming Bowen Island village of Snug Cove just 10 minutes from our marina. Or if you really want to get away from it all, go north to Gambier or Anvil Island with calm warm waters yet to be discovered. Visit marine parks, reached only by water.

Scenery is spectacular and so is the wildlife! Within 20 minutes of Sewell's Marina, a colony of approximately 150 harbour seals inhabit Pam Rocks. See them upclose and natural!
Safety is a priority and we like to make sure you are comfortable when you take the helm. Our friendly staff will provide dockside instruction, and each boat is equipped with life vests and required boat safety features. For safety reasons, bring your cell phone. If you don't have one, Sewell's will provide one for a nominal fee of $3.50.
A valid driver's license or other valid photo ID, credit card for deposit, and sense of adventure is all that is required to rent a boat. We are open from dawn to one hour before sunset every day.
