 Terms and Conditions


The Terms and Conditions set out on this page govern the use of the YoGoYo web site for booking hotel online. These Terms and Conditions are entered into between YoGoYo and you the user.

 »  Booking Procedure

When booking you must ensure that all information you provide to us is accurate and that the credit or debit card you are using to pay for your booking is your own, with sufficient funds available to cover the cost of the booking you made with us.

When you click the "Confirm Booking" button online, or when you confirm your booking over the telephone, you will be authorising YoGoYo to debit your credit or debit card.

When we confirm your booking we will give you a unique booking reference number and will send you an hotel voucher that must be presented to the hotel to check-in. This email voucher confirms to the hotel that your booking has been prepaid and failure to present it may lead to the hotel refusing your booking. The voucher will be emailed to you for you to print off. Please note that vouchers are only sent to the person making the booking and not to every member of your party.

It is your responsibility to check all details of the booking including arrival date, departure date, number of nights, hotel name and rooms booked. YoGoYo needs to be informed immediately of any errors as we cannot guarantee to be able to make corrections at a later date.

 » Pricing

The total price for your stay is shown to you on the confirmation screen (or confirmed verbally in the case of telephone bookings) and printed on your email confirmation.

The total price quoted includes the cost of the room(s), all guests and all taxes for the duration of your stay.

The price does not include insurance, airport transfers, excursions and hotel extras such as safety deposit boxes, tennis courts, watersports, etc. Any such extras which you decide to use during your stay at the hotel will be payable directly to the hotel.
 » Amendments

All amendments must be notified in writing to reservations@yogoyo.com Amendments will incur these charges:

More than 5 days before check-in: 25% fee

5 or less days before check-in: 50% fee or 1-night charge, whichever is higher

If you need to change your dates of travel, there may be other rates valid for the new dates requested. If the hotel cannot accommodate your requested amendment, we will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative.

 » Cancellations

To cancel your booking, contact us by email at reservations@yogoyo.com quoting your unique booking reference number. Our cancellation charges are as follows (unless otherwise specified on your booking confirmation):

More than 5 days before check-in: 25% fee

5 or less days before check-in: 50% fee or 1-night charge, whichever is higher

Once we have received your cancellation, an email to confirm this will be sent to you. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all cancellation requests are correctly submitted and confirmation received.

In the unlikely event of a confirmed booking later becoming unavailable, we will offer a suitable alternative in the same category or better within a similar location or offer a full refund. Usually, this will be done in advance of travel however where this is not possible, we will contact the hotel to ensure an efficient solution.

 » No Show and Late Arrivals
If you fail to arrive at your hotel on the check-in date indicated on your hotel voucher, the hotel may cancel your booking and charge you an amount between the cost of 1 night's hotel and that of the entire duration of your stay.

If you are going to arrive at the hotel after 5pm local time, it is advisable to call the hotel (the phone number is indicated on your email confirmation) and let them know. Should you fail to arrive at the hotel on the first night of the booking, your booking will be treated as a "No Show" and cancellation charges will apply.

 » Group Bookings
For groups of 10 or more people, the following additional terms apply.

Group cancellation charges are as follows (unless otherwise specified on your booking confirmation):

More than 30 days before check-in: 25% fee

30 days or less before check-in: 100% fee

A full list of guest names and room sharing must be received 30 days before check-in.

Small modifications to the guest list and number of rooms required will only be accepted when made more than 14 days before check-in. Substantive changes will incur full amendment and cancellation charges.

 » Hotel Facilities
You acknowledge that the availability of the facilities and features listed for each hotel are under the direct control of the hotel and as such we cannot be held responsible if those facilities or features are not made available to you during the period of your stay.

If a facility or feature is of particular importance to you, then you should check with YoGoYo or the hotel that this facility or feature will be available during your dates of stay. Please note that, in particular, swimming pools and air conditioning are only available seasonally and it is your responsibility to check whether these facilities will be available during your stay.

 » Complaints Procedure
If a problem occurs whilst you are using the hotel services booked with us, you must inform the hotel provider (reception / hotel management). If the hotel provider is unable to resolve the problem to your satisfaction, you should contact us immediately, in order to give us the opportunity to assist you.

If your complaint is not resolved during your stay, you must write to us at support@yogoyo.com within 7 days of your return, providing us with all relevant information and confirmation of the problems experienced written and signed by the hotel provider. Our suppliers will not process any complaint without this confirmation.

 » Customer Misbehaviour
If you behave inappropriately and cause offence, danger or damage or risk of danger or damage to any person or property, we, or our suppliers may cancel your hotel. In this event, our and our suppliers' responsibility will cease immediately and you will not be entitled to any refund, reimbursement or compensation. Furthermore, you will be liable to reimburse us for any expenses we incur as a result of such termination.

 » Special Requests
We will always, where possible, pass on any requests to a hotel but give no guarantee that such requests will be honoured. Therefore any reservation made, will not be conditional upon the delivery of a special request.

 » Intellectual Property
YoGoYo reserves all of its intellectual property rights in this site. Any reproduction, distribution or publication of any information included on this site is strictly forbidden without our prior written consent.

 » Law
All contractual obligations arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to come into existence in India and be subject to Indian law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian Courts.

These terms shall be deemed severable. In the event that any provision is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

 » Changes
YoGoYo reserves the right to change or update this document without prior notice to you. The latest versions will always be available on the site and by using the site, you are accepting the latest version available.
